Description

A combination of Journaling and Yoga Nidra, this class will start with 15 minutes of silent writing followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra where KT will guide you through a meditation. Class will wrap up with another 15 minute silent writing session to reflect. Yoga Nidra helps to slow down the body & mind to a state between waking and sleeping. This can be done while lying down or sitting in a chair. This is NOT an active yoga class!! ANYONE can do this! There is no fee for this class but KT invites you to make a donation to the Shake Rag Alley Scholarship Fund the evening of the class.

Class size 20

Level Beginner and above

Student Supply List Yoga Mat or something comfortable to lay on. Props for underneath your knees (rolled up blanket works well). Eye cover if you have one or KT will have them also. Blanket to cover up with, socks, pillow—anything that will make you cozy comfy! If you plan to sit in a chair please still bring items to make yourself comfortable & warm.
