Youth Program: Seurat & Dots

Georges Seurat is famous for his technique of pointillism, like in his painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte, where tiny dots of different colors are mixed together when you look at the painting from a distance. We’ll try our own spin on Seurat’s technique using dots of colored paper and experiment with different ways of seeing.
