Learn how to make a fancy decorated candle and candle holder. We will use recycled materials like compact discs and juice can tops, then add glass baubles and jewels for the candleholder. To decorate the candle we’ll use cutouts of thin beeswax pressed onto the candle—what designs will you make? These make great gifts!
