Lettering, Stamping & Transfers on Unglazed Tiles

Join me for this fun class using different techniques to decorate nine tumbled marble unglazed tiles. These 4″ x 4″ tiles can be used as coasters, incorporated into kitchen backsplashes, or as standalone art pieces. They make great gifts for friends and family! Techniques will include writing directly onto the tiles; making stamps (or using existing ones) to apply designs with special inks; and using a simple transfer technique to apply photographs and other artwork. You will email photographs or images to Julie and she will print those and bring with her to class for transfers. We will also use colored pencils and acrylic markers to apply color.
