Fresh Tomato Galette

Dating back to the 11th century, galettes are known as a wide variety of savory or sweet open-faced and flat bakes with crimped or pinched pastry sides. With an open face and often rustic look, the thinly sliced seasonal ingredients typically caramelize in the oven. Lynn will teach an Old World open-faced Italian-style galette (or crostata) filled with tomatoes, herbs, and cheese. Deliciously easy and ready to take home and bake!
