Crafting Your Chapbook: Putting the Pieces Together

Poets Ronnie Hess and Christina Kubasta will talk about chapbooks, share samples, and help you think about how to take your poems and put them together into a collection, readying for publication. As chapbook authors themselves, as well as editors and readers, Ronnie and Christina can share tips for crafting a cohesive collection and helping your poems speak to each other and to the reader.

This free workshop is co-sponsored by the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets, and includes practical information about submitting to contests, getting a manuscript published, and sharing your work with the wider world.

Materials fee includes handouts and guides, sample chapbooks you’ll be able to peruse, and a chapbook of Ronnie’s and Christina’s to take home.
