Art Adventure Retreat: Raku Painting

Raku is a Japanese form of pottery that often results in a coppery metallic finish with blue, green, and purple highlights. In this class, Jacqueline will use her experience as a Golden Artist Educator to guide you in working with aluminum foil and other metallic media to form these glistening little paintings that are like jewels that resemble the colors of the ancient art of Raku and its colorful metallic finish.
