Ava's kiln guesthouse

Once used as a potter’s kiln by beloved artist Ava Ferneckes, this 1900’s schoolhouse studio is located on a 1 1/3 acre, beautifully wooded and gardened plot. Quality Inn

Conveniently located off of Highway 151/23 near Governor Dodge State Park, this Quality Inn is located in Mineral Point. This charming one bedroom apartment is located in the historic Old Royal Inn, one of Mineral Point’s most iconic buildings. It boasts 2 floors with a spiral staircase winding to the bedroom/bathroom suite from the living room. Guests are able to peer out over the cozy streets of Mineral Point from a balcony off the front of the apartment and enjoy two restaurants on the first level of the building.
