D06-Hypertufa Yard Art

July 11, 2021

Schedule: 1-5 pm Sun

Instructor: Carole Spelić

Registration Deadline: Jun 28

Description

You’ll take a 14” square slab of freshly made hypertufa (light-weight concrete) and carve a simple, bold, bas-relief design. The result will look like stone and makes a unique wall or fence decoration, or sits happily amid plantings. Join Carole in using hand tools to carve the semi-soft hypertufa with a big, strong, graphic image (one you design or Carole will help you create). Tools and slab provided.
