Description

There are three lessons using cray-pas oil pastels in this kit. The first lesson is abstract. Learn what you can do with a simple black line! The second is based on a fascinating book called A Beautiful Oops where artists learn how to turn “mistakes” into masterpieces! The final lesson is based on the wonderful book My Painted House, My Friendly Chicken and Me by Maya Angelou about the Ndebele culture in the Kalahari desert of Africa and the female art form of painting compound exteriors in enormous symmetrical murals. Grades K-5.
