Writing Retreat: Generative Fiction: Writing from the Guts

Storytelling depends on curiosity, vulnerability, and awareness. In our time together, we’ll work with readings for inspiration, generative prompts, and listening to each other to understand the effects of our work. Each day will build on the previous day’s writing while exploring form and voice. Although we’ll be working in the fiction genre, we’ll also explore how and where our fiction comes from as related to our own identities and voice.
